Offerta

The Head of R&D Product Development will have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead innovation and new product development, driving continuous improvement and technological advancement.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Procurement, and Engineering to define R&D priorities and strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and the integration of advanced technologies in product development.
  • Optimize cost and performance by integrating mechanical and electronic solutions.
  • Oversee the technical product lifecycle and global support, fostering skill development and operational excellence.

Competenze ed esperienza

  • Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline (advanced degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in R&D, including team management.
  • Strong technical background, with expertise in product development and innovation processes.
  • Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements for mechanical and electronic products.
  • Extensive experience in project management and resource allocation.
  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
